Confirmation & Receipt

After placing an order you receive an order confirmation on email from Simplewoodsman.com. If it should happen that the product is out of order, you will be contacted with a provisional delivery date. You can then freely choose whether to accept the new delivery date or cancel your order.

 

Price & payment

All prices are incl. Danish VAT. Shipping costs are not included.

We do not take any card fees.


Your cart will not be charged before we ship the order.

Vouchers can’t be used on discounts.

Delivery

We will pack and ship your order within 24 hours Monday - Friday. The delivery time is therefore typically 1-3 days. For countries outside Denmark up to 10 days. Shipping costs are stated at checkout when the delivery address is entered. Shipping costs are $ 20.

Cancellation

As a consumer, you have 14 days to cancel when you shop with us.

 

The cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you received your item, or gets the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different items ordered in a single order and delivered individually.

 

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by writing to us via our contact page. In your communication, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

 

You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.

Return

You must return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Upon return, you can use the free return label that accompanies your order. If you do not use our return label, you must bear the shipping costs yourself. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

Lack of original packaging may be a loss of value, so in order to be able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.

The condition of the item when you return it

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.

Repayment of the purchase amount

If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs arising from your choice of another form of delivery, other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at all circumstances within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this Agreement. We will make such a refund with the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.

Warranty

The Purchasing Act's deficiency rules may apply to goods purchases.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have 24 months warranty. This means that you can either get the item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect did not arise as a result of improper use of the product or other injurious behavior.

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) delivery costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipping so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.

When returning the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. This is done by completing the returned return form.

We do not receive parcels without distribution or parcels sent by mail. COD.

Product information & colors

Simplewoodsman.com has described the product information as accurately as possible. For example, variations in color rendering and style. This is because the color of the product depends on the quality and settings of your screen. Therefore, Simplewoodsman.com does not guarantee that the colors seen in the webshop via your screen is an accurate representation of the colors the product actually has.

Privacy policy

When you shop at Simplewoodsman.com you must at least place your order, name, address, telephone number and e-mail address when placing an order. This information is necessary for us to process your order. Your personal information is NOT sold or disclosed to third parties. Simplewoodsman.com, as required by the Danish Accounting Act, keeps registered information for 5 years in addition to the accounting year, after which it is deleted. 

The data manager at simplewoodsman.com is the Director Jesper Bøjlund. As registered with Simplewoodsman, you always have the right to object to the registration. If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact customer service. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with the Complaints Center if the conditions are met.
